I seen a lot of bad reviews ... but besides the bad reviews mine is actually perfect ... got a bulova watch and got it like in 3 days ... packaging was great and the watch looks exactly the way it looks on the picture and the quality is amazing ... the price in other websites were up to like over 450 dollars and i paid 265 dollars with this site so no complains here at all
Wow! I am shocked at all the negative reviews. I never had a problem with them at all. I catch their best sales of the year and paid less than $300 for a whole summer wardrobe. Quality products..quick shipping..and absolutely no problems.

I was charged for an order to be delivered through Fed Ex. I was informed, by email, that it would arrive in 3-5 days. Since I ordered on 05/29/2021, it should have arrived between 06/01/2021 and 06/03/2021.
On 06June, I had notification that the "USPS" -the United States Post Office had a delivery for me- AND, it wasn't even the entire order, it was one little item (a 3-pack of socks) so I paid $7.95 to have the US Mail deliver a pack of socks? The cost to send a 3-pack of socks is 0.55 cents. PLUS, if I had been told that they used USPS to deliver the order, I wouldn't have ordered it.
Now, it's 8 days later and I still don't have the item that I was told would arrive in 3-5 days. Nordstrom Rack deliberately misled me (by sending me an email stating Fed Ex would be delivering my order) when it was never even entered into FedEx system. My order was boxed and prepared to be shipped through USPS, there was never any intent to deliver using FedEx.
This company sucks so bad that they have to try to make money off of their customers by overcharging for shipping rates? -THAT'S PATHETIC!
Also, make sure you notice on their website that they can send you anything they want because they "Claim" that the items they sell can be "similar" to the item that you are misled to believe you're buying. STAY AWAY from this COMPANY unless you want to be misled and disappointed. They shouldn't be allowed to use the Nordstrom name!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- They overcharge and falsely represent how they do business AND, their return policy requires the customer to pay for the return!
I do most of my shopping with them online. There are great deals and their shipping service is great. What really get me is when they cancelled my items twice because I guess their inventory wasn't accurate. Each time it's that one thing I really want to get and the rest are just things to make up for free shipping. They won't cancel your order for you after an hour of when you placed the order, even if they told you they won't be able to fulfill your order in a couple days because of COVID. Well they sent me emails about out of stock items two days after... If you don't have their store close to where you live you'll have to pay to return those items. Still going to shop with them when they have sweet deals but I'd hate for that to happen to me again.
I want to start off by saying that Nordstrom rack is a great place to shop and ive found amazing deals.
However I have a major issue with these other reviews. I find it strange that there are multiple accounts with one review complaining about the same issue, using the same wording, all around the same date. I highly encourage trustpilot to look into these negative reviews being fake.
Lastly, we are in a pandemic. And as someone who worked in retail, I come into contact with close to 100 people a day- you not wearing a mask puts workers at risk.
Nordstrom Rack is great for finding high end mens clothes at a great price. I have had the best luck shopping online vs the store for selection.
I ordered shoes from Nordstrom Rack a few months ago. After a few weeks of getting notices that my order was still being processed, the third week I received notice that my order could not be filled what does that mean? Two weeks ago, I ordered two tops. I am getting same messages. What gives? I wind up with cc credit. I don't like this business practice.
From what I can see, many people have been giving Nordstrom bad reviews. I can understand the frustration about shipping, but many of the comments are quite unrelated. Quite a few comments are complaining about the company's order service, when it is partly the writer's fault that something went wrong. I am not pointing fingers, this is mainly my view. Another couple of reviews complain that shoes or items were of bad quality, or were badly delivered. I can understand their frustration here too. But you must understand that shipping is greatly complicated during Covid-19, and some of your items may be hurriedly wrapped or not in good shape, as the workers have many deliveries to take care of (Everyone is at home, so there are going to be more of them).
There are also those who complained about how long it took to get a refund or to get the item delivered to them. Almost all of the reviews that say this actually got their items delivered, or their money refunded. It is important to understand that this is during Covid-19, and of course shipping will be a bit complicated. If you end up getting your item anyway, and it is in good shape, then be grateful there are people working for you during these dangerous times.
I have not actually ordered from this company yet, but I have found some clothes I like the look of, and will order them soon. If it turns out that the items are of bad quality, I will of course write another review giving some criticism that Nordstrom can take a look at.
I’ve read a lot of negative and largely irrelevant reviews of the rack on here. There are many people saying they are not happy with the items that they ordered online—Personally I’ve had nothing but helpful associates all around if I need to return something or for some reason am not happy with an order. It seems that there is also some commentary on wearing masks properly, which, again, seems largely irrelevant to the customer service of the store. If you are complaining because you did not wear a mask into the store, which is not a new concept, that is not the store’s fault. If you have a medical reason for this and cannot wear a mask—which I completely understand as I have a chronic lung condition myself—then you shouldn’t be going into the store. Bottom line. The rack always has great quality items and the associates are always lovely if you are polite.

I've always had a good experience shopping at Nordstrom Rack in person, but online is even better in my opinion. You can take time to browse through items and I was able to buy several designer sunglasses for a great price. Shipping is fast just like Nordstrom always is.
Since I'm in Canada I can't go into Nordstrom Rack. Before COVID I was traveling to the US before and loved going to this store. Such great deals and clothes! I have been using the website and have had a really great experience.
I have been a fan of Nordstrom for 30 years, since I visited my first one in San Francisco.
I have a Nordstrom card and use it regularly for the points. But mainly I shop at Nordstrom Rack. I find great deals and have never had trouble with returns or anything. I was surprised to read they had a middling average. I was there today, returning some pants I bought online and bought my daughter some cheap, cute boots.
It's my go-to place for serendipitous finds and deeply reduced from retail buys.
